My copy of the expansion is missing the Varian character card.

Please could someone ask customer support to reply to my e-mails asking for the missing Varian character card. I have supplied all my details to them. Just a acknowledgement that they have received the e-mail will do, otherwise I will have to send the expansion back for a refund as I am running out of time with the supplier. Thank you so much. Ken
PS: Brexit is coming and we British will all be leaving the UK soon. No pressure.

They're shortstaffed atm and also dealing with Gencon but are most likely working their way through the emails.
