PFS module 10-23 Passing the Torch Part 2 not received and shipping issue

According to the PFS subscription page, I was supposed to receive PFS module 10-23 Passing the Torch Part 2. That PDF is now available for sale, but I received no notification or PDF for that module. (I did receive Part 1 instead -- Thank you, since I wasn't technically entitled to it.)

As a reminder and pseudo-bump, there is also this problem with my most recent physical shipment that has dropped off the front page of the Customer Service forum without being addressed.

That just leaves my missing maps issue.
