PF2 Deluxe hardcover in sidecart

I thought I had set my copy of the deluxe hardcover of PF2 to ship out as soon as it was available, but I guess it's sitting in my side cart until my next subscription processes? If possible can I get that moved out of the sidecart and shipped to me ASAP? Thanks.

What is the point of the preorder if I have to wait until god knows what to get my product? Am I misunderstanding what it means to preorder?
