2E exclusive GM screen order?

Order 7887820
On 5/23/19 I ordered the Pathfinder 2e exclusive GM screen. I received the rest of the order on 7/20/19 but the exclusive screen was not in the package. The order for the screen shows it is still pending. Will it appear soon in my subscription sidecart?
