GM Stars missing from profile

My session information lists that I have 67 tables of credit, but there are no GM stars shown on my profile. If I download my card it also shows no stars.

I'm in a similar boat; over 100 tables, but showing as one star.

You might try the "Refresh Points" button on the GM/Event coordinator tab of the organized play page, though it didn't fix the problem for me. My e-mail to customer service also went unanswered, so I just gave up. :(

Update: Just looked again, and I am now showing zero stars as well. I tried refreshing my points, but no change.

It looks like some GMs need their star rankings recalculated as of the update. The fact that they don't when clicking "refresh points" is a bug that I'll make a note of for investigation. However, your stars should be updated as you report sessions, and I've manually updated your stars so they should be appearing again.
