Please restart my Rulebook Subscription

Hey, Team!

Minor crisis. I can’t find my pre-order for the new PF rulebook line. At this point, I’m wondering if I spaced out and forgot to get one. I’ve decided to go ahead and start my subscription again, so is there any way to resume that subscription and still get a copy of the book, or is it too late for that?

It looks like you should be able to start your Rulebook subscription with the Core Rulebook up until January, when they will ship out the Gamemastery Guide and it will replace the Core Rulebook and the Bestiary as prior starting items.

Restarting a canceled subscription is done the same way as you started the original subscription -- it is only the cancellation of a subscription that requires you to contact Customer Service, or fixing up of subscriptions for which the starting options don't work correctly. At least I haven't seen anything about people getting unwanted copies of Planar Adventures, which at the moment is still a possible starting point for the Rulebook subscription.

Thanks, David. The problem I have is that, when I go to my shopping cart to purchase the subscription it says, “You purchased the subscription on June 20, 2009.” and won’t let me proceed with the purchase of the renewal.

Then you definitely need the help of Customer Service. It seems they didn't cancel your previous subscription cleanly.

I have to amend my comments. Apparently, all I had to do was get off of a mobile browser. Using my laptop, I can now see all of the checkout options that weren't visible on my phone. I think I'm covered, now.
