Missing cards in Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Core Set

I bought the new Core Set for Pathfinder Adventure Card Game in England a few days ago , and unfortunately it has some missing cards.

I am missing the 'Open Me First' pack of cards that contains all the cards listed in the Quick-Start Guide. (I ended up with two copies of the pack that has Ezren at the front instead).

Would it be possible to get the missing pack sent to me , or do I need to get the store I bought it from to send me a second copy of the game instead?

(Note that I also sent a email about this to [e-mail] a couple of days ago, but I'm posting here as well in case this is a better place for such enquiries)

I ended up getting in contact with the seller and they are sending me a replacement box , so nothing more needs to be done here.

I am trying to play through the Adventure Card Game Organized play Year of Rotting Ruin-Adventure 2. The Storybook: Urgathoa's Persistent Shadow and I am missing the "Bandit Leader" card from the first scenario 2A: Of Shadows and Plowshares. I have looked online at the cards lists for the Core Set 2 and the Curse of the Crimson Throne and I do not see the "Bandit Leader" card listed as a story bane or any card from either of these sets. Am I missing something or am I missing a card from one of my sets?
