I feel like it's written down somewhere but I can't remember it: what happened to the living occupants of Androffa, the people who built the Divinity and gave us Pathfinder Androids, in the Starfinder setting?
It effectively doesn't exist in the Starfinder setting. It, like Earth, is in a different galaxy and neither Drift nor anything else yet allows intergalactic travel or discovery.

It is also the setting of James Jacobs' home games (Pathfinder, I think), in which the planet turned out very Golarion-like after the destruction of the high-tech population.

If the Androids originated in a different galaxy, how did they get to the Starfinder Galaxy? The divinity that arrived on golarion from androffa back during the pathfinder days. From there, reverse engineering if not parallel development.
From the Core Rulebook:
Starfinder Core Rulebook wrote: Android technology in the Pact Worlds is generally believed to have developed on Golarion in the time before the Gap, though there are strong indications that the first androids there were actually travelers from a distant star system. In the modern era, various corporations throughout the Pact Worlds system unraveled the secret to android creation and began mass-producing androids as cheap, skilled labor perfect for hazardous work.
Right, I headcannoned they were invented by the Azlanti as slave labor, and some escaped to Golarion, where they were again enslaved.
But another galaxy is a lot further away than the Azlanti Empire. So a god did it makes sense.
