According to the Product Schedule page, the following two Starfinder Society scenarios are supposed to be provided to subscribers at the end of this month:
Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Scenario #1-30: Survivor's Salvation
Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Scenario #1-31: Treading History's Folly
However, on the "My Subscriptions" page under "Upcoming Subscription Shipments", the list of items under "Will be added to your downloads late January or early February 2019" only contains scenario 1-31. That leads me to believe that we won't get scenario 1-30 unless something is fixed at your end.
