This is a homebrew race based on the Urgals (Urgralgra) from Christopher Paolini's Inheritance Cycle:

It is my first completed homebrew race and I was just wondering if it was balanced with the core races and, for those of you who have read the book, if you thought it is a fair representation of the Urgals.
Constructive criticism is encouraged.

That link does not work and I have tried troubleshooting it with no success so here are the stats:
Urgralgra Racial Traits
+2 Strength +2 Constitution -2 Charisma: Urgals are strong and hearty but they don’t have good people skills
Medium: Urgals are Medium creatures and receive no bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Normal Speed: Urgals have a base speed of 30 feet.
Darkvision 60 Feet: Urgals can see in the dark up to 60 feet.
Weapon Familiarity: Urgals are always proficient with the Battleaxe and Greatclub.
Skill Training: Climb and Knowledge (Geography) are always class skills for Urgals.
Relentless: Urgals gain a +2 bonus on combat maneuver checks made to bull rush or overrun an opponent. This bonus only applies while both the Urgal and its opponent are standing on the ground.
Climb: Urgals have a climb speed of 20 feet, and gain a +8 racial bonus on Climb checks that a climb speed normally grants.
Alternate Racial Traits
Gore: Some Urgals are trained to use their horns in combat. The horns do 1d4 of damage and are a natural weapon. This replaces the Weapon Familiarity Racial Trait.
Ferocity: Some Urgals have the following extraordinary ability: If the hit points of a Urgal falls below 0 but it is not yet dead, it can continue to fight. If it does, it is staggered, and loses 1 hit point each round. It still dies when its hit points reach a negative amount equal to its Constitution score. This replaces Skill Training, Relentless and Climb Racial Traits.
Hatred: Some Urgals deep-seeded hatred of humans spurs them to undertake special training to dispatch them with ease. Such Urgals get a +1 racial bonus on attack rolls against Humans. This replaces the Relentless racial trait.
Favored Class Options
The following options are available to all Urgals who have the listed favored class, and unless otherwise stated, the bonus applies each time you select the class reward.
Barbarian: Add +1 to the barbarian's total number of rage rounds per day.
Cavalier: Add +1/2 to the cavalier's bonus to damage against targets of his challenge.
Fighter: Add one to the Fighter’s CMD when resisting a Bull Rush or Overrun attempt.
Gunslinger: Add +1/4 to the dodge bonus to AC granted by the nimble class feature (maximum +2) or +1/4 to the AC bonus gained when using the gunslinger's dodge deed.
Inquisitor: Add +1/2 to the inquisitor's level for the purpose of determining the effects of one type of judgment.
Ranger: Add +1 hit point to the ranger's animal companion. If the ranger ever replaces his animal companion, the new animal companion gains these bonuses hit points.

All the core races range from 8-11 RP, so your Urgralgra with 9 RP fits perfectly with the core races
