Hey folks,
Just wanted to let you know, due to various reasons, customer service is down to me and Virginia today and will likely be light on coverage until after the new year. There may be more times than usual when we aren't able to answer the phone or get to all the emails or forum posts.
If you've sent me a email to my personal email address, those are may also be delayed as I am helping out in the CS inbox & forums more than usual.
