Kingmaker PnP taking inspiration from the computer game.

Kingmaker

So with the exception of a few bugs that have largely been patched, Owlcat’s game is a pretty darn good conversion of the tabletop Kingmaker campaign. The computer game resolves a lot of the inconsistency with the original storyline with far stronger attention to Nyrissa and Pitax and adds some really great side quests and characters.

Any thoughts to adapting some of these ideas to the tabletop AP? In particular the changes to Hargulka’s kingdom, the season of the bloom, adding barbarians to the nomen heights, the defaced sisters etc?

Has anyone done this already?

For the changes to Hargulka's Monster Kingdom I'd highly suggest looking at the source that Owlcat used. Dudemeister's Changes to RRR
As for the Nomen Heights, although it doesn't include the barbarians, his changes to the centaurs are definitely worth a look (even if for nothing other than better ideas for the quests rather than how they're presented in the book).

I really wish I had played the game first
I'd have included tartuk

Wait the video game was influenced by duedmiester? Nice

I enjoyed allot of the plot points and will proberbly be implimenting some of them.

But what I liked most was the additional "Kingdom Stats" like military. So I've modified a Kingdom Sheet and been working on modifying an old google sheet to auto-calculate the kingdom's stats.

I have changes to the first five books of Kingmaker (some of which appears to have provided inspiration for the Owlcat team), but a lot of stuff different enough that even if your players play the videogame there might still be some surprises. You can find links to all of them in my Profile :)
