So I'm in the midst of a dead suns playthrough, and we came across a swarm creature. We tried to look in to the rules of how to fight it, but we were struggling to find a proper explanation for the creature.
The GM ruled that we could not move through the swarm's spaces without attempting an acrobatics check, but I don't recall that being the case of swarms in pathfinder, and wasn't sure about if this was the same in starfinder.
I wasn't able to really find anything to say whether or not this applied within the swarm rules of starfinder, so I figured I would reach out here to see if I could get some guidance on how this should work.

You can find the swarm rules linked from the swarm template page on Aon SRD

The Pathfinder rules clearly state that swarms do not threaten and do not take attacks of opportunity. I don't see a line like that anywhere in the swarm rules for Starfinder. What it does say is that a swarm automatically deals damage to anyone in its space at the end of its turn, without making any attack roll. Also, the swarm stat blocks that I've seen don't have any attack bonus.
I would interpret this to mean that you can move through them freely, unless a particular swarm has an ability to do something different.
