Partial Download error repeating

I received my subscription shipping notice for Return of the Runelords part 5, but only one entry was added to My Downloads, the single-file download. No one-file-per-chapter download was added.

Same problem here, is this going to be an ongoing issue?

Any idea when we will get the other download?

Return of the Runelords part 5 now has a single file per chapter version. I'm also going to move this over to website feedback since the digital items are not quite in customer service's jurisdiction.
