Emerald Spire: Tomb of Yarrix help

I'm going to be running this very soon, and I noticed one very large glaring error in the final encounter. Yarrix doesn't have the bleeding touch ability because she doesn't have the Death Domain. She has the Void Domain, and therefore has the +2 vs. mind-affecting effects, which is useless for her given her creature type. So my question is this: which is correct? Does she have the Death Domain, or does she have the Void Domain? The reason this is such a big deal is her tactics specifically call out the Death Domain ability to be used. Because she does not have it listed, she has no back up tactics.

I'm also running this soon!

She's a worshiper of Hastur who doesn't have the Death domain, but does have Void. Plus she has a bunch of Void domain spells memorized. I think cut the Bleeding Touch part of her tactics and just use melee power attack?

I wish her motives or personality were a little more spelled out in her Creatures section. The floor has a lot of awesome build-up and then you just fight her. Given the distorted space/time of the floor I'm thinking about having her appearance and attitude shifting each round through different parts of her history so I can give more of the floor background. Maybe with the room distorting as the new convergence approaches.

I wish there was a little more to her as well. After all that build up she seems very 2-Dimensional by comparison. I like your idea for the shifting of her and the room, and had considered that given that she's supposed to cast vision of hell as one of her pre-combat spells. I think I'll adapt that a little to be a bit of a variant.

I’ve got confused with yarrix level rules. As PC enter tomb Forbiddence activates and tomb seals. No planar travel or conjuration could work, BUT first trap pc to encounter is a planar trap which brings pc to another plane. Then PC goes next room to face conjuring trap, which summons shadow fire fire elementals. When yarrix hears pc approaching her room she summons bearded devils.
So I don’t see any topics explaining these bugs.
If I’m wrong please let me know.

Nothing could leave. It’s like opening a door that has no handle on the other side. Once you’re in, you’re trapped and not escaping. It’s not really a planar trap for the PCs, but a time trap.

The magic of plot!

Seriously, this is a unique effect which forbids any travel that would result in escaping the area; not magic that travels within the area, brings you into the tomb, or that temporarily shunts you to a non-interactive place and returns you to the tomb.

It could have been written more clearly, but that's obviously the intention. It even mentions that PCs can use dimension door or teleport to skip one particular bit.
