Hi, Sean here. I had placed a large order on your website and a few days latter I popped on to check it. It says the payment did not go through, but on my bank account to says that the full payment was taken out... So i am just wondering what is going on with my order.

I assume that is in american dollars so $339.02us is $448.34 Canadian.
$447.76can and the other charge of $137.32can was taken out of my account on Nov 13 2018... so whats the 137.32 charge for?
