Temple of the Elk not showing on map.

I've done all the quests except for Temple of the Elk and the Stag Lord but after talking to jhod and traveling the area, the Temple is not showing up. I know where it's supposed to be but can't trigger it showing for some reason. I can't advance the game without this, does anyone have any ideas?
