Product Disappears from Digital Assets when Attempting to Download

I am attempting to download Bonekeep level 1 from My Downloads. When I click the link, the asset disappears from my list. If I then reload the page, the asset appears again, but if I attempt to download it, the cycle starts over.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can download this?

It looks like you should be able to access the PDF, but there may be a caching issue. You might be able to fix the issue by clicking the "refresh downloads" button at the top of the page, or the "Problems downloading this file" link if it appears. Typically the asset should update to show its current state each time you click it and eventually say "Ready" and give you your download. It's also possible that you'll be able to access the file using a different browser. Let us know if this doesn't work and we'll investigate further.
