At the Sycamore Tree there are three levels: Above ground; Caves; Depths
I am "assuming" that the shaman is in the depths, but I can not find him. This is after meeting Kesten Garess, doing Pine Patch(?), then going back to the Sycamore Tree. Shouldn't the shaman be there by then?
Also, where is the moon radish patch. Can't find that either.
Also, when does the Stag Lord fort become visible. I am "assuming" that it is in the fog you can't get thru in the southern half of the map.
Also, and hopefully finally, does anyone have a map of the Greenbelt with all the locations, trails on it?

No, he's in the Sanctum. You need the Sycamore Branch from the kobolds or mites (kill the leader of the faction you did not side with) to get in. It's a vine-y door that's in the top level of the Sycamore.

In the Old Sycamore above-ground area.

You're correct. The nymph will reveal the fort once you've progressed the other quests. (Go to the abandoned hut she talks about, complete the Temple of the Elk.)

Where do we get the Treasurer?
Go to the Ford Across the Skunk River area and you can pick up a new party member who can fill the Treasurer position.
Also, the offer from the Lord Mayor of Restov seems suspicious. How does that come back to bite you?
You get 500BP, but buildings cost 25% more. I think it also gives you a project to pay off the loan, which lowers the buildings back to normal price. This is second-hand information, I haven't tried it myself.

Is it even necessary to walk into N's obvious trap? If so, I can't figure out a way to beat it, other than maybe gaining 10 more levels before attempting it. I can manage to reach the exit point alive, but then I can't click it — presumably because I am in combat, despite having turned myself invisible.
EDIT: Never mind, figured it out. :)

Cool. Thanks.

Specifically smack dab in the center of the map. On the plateau. Lol. I'd forgotten about that quest until I stumbled across the radishes.
Thanks! Never would have found it there.
Seems to be bugged, though. I made a deal with the Kobolds, but whenever I click on a radish, it triggers more conversation. I can't actually pick any of them up.

I couldn’t find them in the inventory, but I could give them to Bokken, so all is well. ;)
You pick a bucket of them, so the image in your stash is of a bucket, which might be why you missed them.

So Varn invited me to his fort, and the guards tell be to enter, he's expecting me. I don't see an entrance, though. What gives?
Varn is hanging out in his town on the NE side of the map, berating a merchant. A few sprigs of dialog is all he has to offer for the 2 days of hiking through the mountains, but at least you get dropped off by the lake for the shortcut way back.
