Hello!

I've had a problem updating my credit card for the past few months. I keep changing my payment method, in fact it looks like the same card info has been saved to my payment methods twice, and yet each month my subscriptions get charged back to my old card number again. How can I fix this issue for the current subscription and finally delete my out of date card info so this doesn't happen again?

Hello Azazyll,

Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look, and it seems that your currently pending subscription order (#7496809) is using the card that is marked as the default card for new orders and subscriptions.

The only other card I see on your account (though it is listed twice), is the one that was successfully used for order #5385694. If that is the one you would rather have as your default, just let me know and I should be able to get things rearranged from my end of the system.

Yes, use the one that worked for #5385694 (that combined the August and September orders, it looks like). I keep adding that in and setting it to default, but the old one keeps coming back like a bad penny! Much appreciated.


My apologies, it appears not to have worked. Is there some other way I can update my credit card information?

I believe I have corrected the default payment method on your account to be the same payment method as is on order 5385694. I have ensured this payment method is tied to your most recent order.

Please take a look at the confirmation email I have just sent you and let me know if the payment method shown should not be the default. Thank you!
