Hi, as per the thread title, I was charged twice for order 7434226. Can the second charge be removed? Thanks

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like our system authorized the card twice for the order, but only finalized one of those. I've put through a reversal request for the second authorization, so your bank should be able to release it whenever they process that request. (Typically it's 1-5 business days.)
