Mongrel Dragon - Advice?

Homebrew and House Rules

So, this race(using Red Dragon traits as an example) is what comes out of two True Dragons of different septs mate (the commingling of traits greatly reduces their draconic might). This race breeds true amongst themselves.

True Dragons view them as shameful weaklings.

I am dead set on the basic structure of the race (though it wouldn't hurt to add a caveat or two), but I need help with the 1st level adjustment (+3 or +4, maybe?) and (re)working on the special traits. Any suggestions?

I realize that I have the breath weapon scaling. I'll keep it as is while I make a feat for it.

Should I tone down some of the traits (Ability Scores are staying as is; everything else are to remain present in some capacity)?

I worked on filling out the table, but apparently the Sovereign Dragon doesn't have a secondary immunity. Any suggestions?

Just give the Sovereign Dragon Dogmatic Disfunction in place of an immunity.

While you're at it, just give them all of the special abilities, up to Very Young. This race is too powerful for PCs, anyways.

Bump.
