Hello customer service,
today was the last day Vic listed for Germany that Pathfinder Playtest orders should be delivered. However, there has been no trace of my shipment. This is not only annoying for me, but also embarrassing as I collected money from my players to order books for them that they could actually have bought in the store weeks ago.
What course of action do you suggest now?

I just noticed that my order actually says "Shipped Jul 13, 2018". That doesn't make any sense, does it?

Hello Zaister,
Thank you for letting us know about this! I believe that the "Shipped July 13" just refers to when we transmitted order data in our system over to Amazon for them to begin shipping. After poking around a bit on my end, it does seem that Amazon was not able to deliver the shipment, and it is in the process of being sent back to us.
I've gone ahead and set up a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible. Once that is processed for shipment, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that I may assist you with in the meantime, and I will be more than happy to do so.

One more question: is it possible to change this shipment to UPS International shipping? I'd love to be able to track it and it's probably faster. I'm willing to pay the difference in shipping cost.
On the other hand, it would probably be easier and faster for me to go the way another customer from Germany has gone here and simply just cancel the order and get the books locally.
So if it's not too late, I'd like if you could cancel and refund the order, so I don't have to wait another 2–3 weeks for a new shipment to get to Germany. Is that still possible?
