The Exchange

It states that the order was made on August 14th. I believe I got email confirmation that it was processed. It is Sept 3rd and I have still not received this order. Is this due to the network outages? Is it the correct timing due to the release of the AP?

Hello Marc,

I apologize for the confusion with this! The order was indeed generated on the 14th since it was part of our subscription process. However, we then started experiencing about a week and a half of technical difficulties which made it impossible for us to process or ship out those orders in the timeframe we had initially expected. Our warehouse is still working on shipping out these orders as we speak, and they hope to wrap up by the end of the week.

Taking a look at your particular order, it seems that it was processed for shipment yesterday, so you should have received a confirmation email with the tracking link as well. (It may not be updated yet, since it sometimes takes 24-48 hours for them to scan it.) This also means that the PDF should be available on your account.

It looks like the shipment is expected to reach you in 4-8 business days, so if you still have not seen it by then, please let me know. If there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, I'll be more than happy to assist you.
