Thanks for letting us know! For many international orders, it seems like the Flip Mat was sent in a separate package, which may be going a bit slower than the first shipment. I would give the second package a bit more time to arrive, but let us know if you still have not seen it in a week or so. (The estimates for international shipments varied quite a bit, so it's difficult to say exactly when it will arrive.)
