Order 5351385, one pdf is not readable

i just bought some pdfs, but one of them I can not open with acrobat reader. I tried a second download, but after unzipping I got the same problem. Maybe there is something wrong with the file.
It is the file:

Thank you, the files was readable this time.
But I tried the Option you mentioned and the clicking the "Download problem link" only started the authorization again.
Was this the action that should happen ?

Correct. This should re-download the file in the event that there were issues with it during the first attempt. Otherwise you will get the same un-openable file that you did initially.
