New operative exploit from Starfinder Armory:

Surveillance Wraith (Ex) You are invisible to technological surveillance systems and most forms of divination magic, per nondetection.

So, does this make the character flat-out immune to the things listed in nondetection? Or do people still get checks against it? If the latter, what is the operative's caster level supposed to be? Equal to character level? There just doesn't seem to be enough information shown to know how this exploit is supposed to work.

Scarab Sages Starfinder Design Lead

It works exactly like the spell, except it is nonmagical and uses the operatives operative level.

Thanks!

I would like to confirm the (other) implications of the answer given: Surveillance Wraith is an Extraordinary Ability, which can be activated with a Standard Action and by spending a Resolve Point, lasts for an hour per level, and has a DC of 15 + character level - am I getting this right?
