Haste Circuit (Magic)
You can activate the haste circuit as a swift action to gain the benefits of a haste spell until you spend another swift action to deactivate it or it runs out of charges. A haste circuit’s charges replenish each day.
Haste: When making a full attack, a hasted creature can also take a separate move action in order to move. The movement can occur before, after, or between the attacks from the full attack.
So round 1 swift action... and then you can't take a full round action to move and attack because you don't have a swift action. You can move fast and attack once though
Round 2 NOW haste is doing what its supposed to.

Most classes have a "buffing round" where they activate abilities, ready weapons, cast spells etc before the shooting and beating starts. Activate your Haste Circuit during that. For example, an Envoy can use Get 'Em or a Mechanic can use Overcharge during this window. Then the following round, they can start full-attacking.

Actually you can trade your additional move action for a swift action for a full attack first round
Pg 244
Won't help you. If you trade your move action you can't take the full attack action either. A swift action and a standard action isn't a full attack either.
Haste isn't giving you a full move action to spend how you want it triggers when you full attack. No full attack ho haste action.
