I'm not a fan of using Pathfinder rules for Starfinder as they are different systems, but I don't see this defined in the Starfinder Core Rulebook, so I would honestly just default to the Pathfinder FAQ for this one since I think it makes sense, FAQ

Well as it says in the link about not making sense coordinated shot would make no sense for you to be positioning someone adjacent to you in melee to open them up to a ranged attack from your ally(self) in melee where you would then provoke aoo

Spray cover however makes sense for you to use with yourself since it lasts until the end of your next turn

Starfinder Core Rulebook page 242:

Allies and Enemies
Sometimes an ability targets or requires an enemy or an ally,
such as the envoy’s watch out improvisation. You count as your
own ally unless an ability says otherwise. The GM has the final
say on whether someone is an enemy or ally; you can’t declare
one of your fellow party members to be an enemy or an enemy
to be an ally just to trigger a special ability.

Thanks! That will teach me for doing a keyword search on "Ally" and not "Allies" also that should have probably been in the glossary.
