My account has disappeared

Had to make this temp acct to post. When I try to login it says my email and password don’t match. Hmm weird. I’m using the correct pw. When I try the link to reset the password it tells me there is no Paizo account with that email address. Not sure where to post so hoping someone from Paizo sees this.
