Could you please look at my account? My April and May subscriptions have been sent to my Sidecart yet again. This first happened with my March subscription, and Customer service had to manually fix it. In April, there was that problem where you asked us to be patient and everything would be worked out. Now it is the end of May, and it is still happening. The only thing I did receive in the last two months was the Jungles of Despair case (but not the Hydra). I would appreciate it if you could get my subscriptions sent.

Thanks for letting us know! Unfortunately, this isn't something specific to your account - it's a hiccup in our system which is causing some folks' orders to be pushed back into the sidecart when we generate comics to their account. I apologize for the confusion!
I've got the pending items moved into a new order, and I'll have our warehouse get them on the way as soon as possible. Once they've been processed for shipment, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that they're on the way. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that I may assist you with in the meantime.
