8 hours ago I've received e-mail about my PFS & SFS order for 15.96$ "transaction declined" despite more than 100$ on card. Since then:
- I've contacted my bank about my card active and with money and no requests for transactions (!!!)
- I've successfully bought one scenario from paizo store using that same payment method
- I've received no response for 3 e-mails from Customer Service. Again.
Sum: there are money enough on card and this payment method works in paizo store, but your subsribtion mechanism can't use it like it used it more than a year

Thank you for letting us know about this. Your order was declined because we were having some widespread problems with our card processor, so it was not a declination of your specific card. I apologize for the confusion.
As for the lack of response to your emails, it looks like we received them at 12:13 am, 3:45 am, and 8:13 am. Our customer service opens at 10am PST, and we are a bit behind on our emails at the moment, so we had not yet seen them.
I was able to manually process your order, and it looks like things should be figured out now. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.
