Customer Service


I received an email this morning that my transaction was declined for my subscription. I checked with my bank and they say no attempt was made for the amount by Paizo. Also, the card has not changed in the last 6 months so most of the previous subscription purchases went thru with no issue. Please advise.

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like we were having a bit of trouble with our card processor earlier, which was declining cards and giving us an 'unknown cause' error. Our tech team is looking through orders and getting them submitted, so those should be fixed soon. I've looked into your order #5163911 and it seems that our tech team was able to get to it a bit earlier, so things should be resolved. Just let me know if it's still giving you issues and I'll see what i can do.
