Hello,

I also sent an email on this day as well. My contact information is in that email. I am just wondering why my order is still in pending for so long. The four items ordered was on a special sale and not a backorder item or a wishlist item and was advertised to be ordered together. Please get with me as soon as you can so this order can move from pending status to shipped status. If there was an issue with the order, I am wondering why I have not received any communications?

I've given things a nudge, and I'll let our warehouse know to get your order on the way as soon as possible. Once they've processed it for shipment, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
