After I escape from the old fortress after becoming Baron, who am I supposed to talk to about the events?

Playing the full game now, but would still like to know.
What area are we talking the Stag Lords fort if so head back to Olegs after you clear it all out, when you talk to Oleg an option will appear in the speech options to head back to Restov. Other than that let us know what chapter and what region.
