Getting 404 Errors Trying to Download Files

I am getting the following 404 errors trying to download the files mentioned in the errors:

Did not think anyone could access those links without my account info, that said the files were:

Sorry for the delayed response time there Dragnmoon, I'm taking a look right now.

Edit: I tried a few things that generally free up stuck PDFs, I'm not sure it'll fix this specific issue, can you try downloading it again and let me know if the error survived? (So I can escalated it if needed.)
