Want to make some $$ in creating a campaign?

I need help creating two campaigns based on an overall story and outline. I've got some things created, but need help creating:

Character sheets for 4 characters (we'll provide names and brief descriptions)

20 unique items (5 items per level). Should be standard items you'd find in any Pathfinder adventure.

Stat blocks for 15 monsters - we'll give names and brief descriptions - need you to create the stat blocks.

A map of the adventure based on the story notes.
