Hello! I need some help here.

I made an order at 24th March, but it's still "pending". I wrote 2 e-mails for Custom Service, but recieve nothing from it.

It were a presents for my friend birthday, but it's already late...

Can I have some response about that order?

Thank you for letting us know! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that it was initially waiting on a backordered product - Set of 7 Dwarves Dice - Grey & Black. Those are listed on our website with a 6-45 business day product availability, which means that we generally have to wait for them to reach us before we can send them out. The estimated shipping window would have been listed on your initial confirmation email. I apologize for the confusion!

I've taken a look and your order seems to be in the batch that our warehouse is currently working on processing. They should be sending it out soon, and you'll receive a confirmation email once the order has been scanned for shipment.

Thank you very much for answer! That is strange because last time I checked the order it said: "Ships from our warehouse in 1 to 7 business days" for dice set.

Maybe I can change Dice Set color or pick completely different set to speedup the process?
