Thank you for your question! It seems that you had preordered the Flip-Tiles before you started your subscription for Maps. When you started your subscriptions, it automatically canceled the preorders, since those will be generated automatically by your subscription. If you end up canceling the subscription and want to reinstate them, just let Customer Service know and we can help you with that.
