Order #4849016

Good morning,

I have a couple of potential issues with Order #4849016 that hopefully someone can help me fix (or at least help me understand):

1. This order contains 4 class decks and one character mat. For some reason, each item is shipping individually, costing a total of $23.70 in shipping to NY. I have to assume that it would be much cheaper to ship these in a single package. Could someone look into this?

2. When I checked out the 3 class decks that were on sale and added them to my sidecart, I could have swore that the on-sale decks were displaying in my cart as 7.99. I'm guessing that the 20% discount for being a subscriber was stacking with the 50% off from the sale (19.99->9.99->7.99). Now, the completed order is showing them as 9.99. Was this a bug then, or is it a bug now?
(For comparison: I've added 2 adventure decks and 3 more class decks to my cart, and they're all listed as 7.99 as seen in this screen shot)

Just to add a little more info: I just placed another class deck order, and that one did process as 7.99. (Order #4893732)

Thanks for letting us know! 1) The shipping was indeed miscalculated, and I have given it a nudge so it should be showing a more reasonable amount now.

2) It seems our system was not attaching all of the correct discounts, so I have manually changed those for you. I'll be sending you an updated confirmation email for the order so that you can verify everything looks correct. If there are any adjustments that need to be made, or any further questions you may have, please don't hesitate to ask.
