Hello I am making this thread because my shipments have not arrived. At this point, I cannot figure out if this is a mail issue or you guys. This is the third time I am not getting my shipment in the mail. I don't know what to do, but its making me anxious.

Thanks for letting us know! I'm sorry to hear that your shipments have not been arriving. I took a look at the tracking information for both of them, and they seem to have stopped at the point where they were transferred to a Post Office in Portland.
Since these two orders should have reached you by now, I've set up replacements for them in your pending subscription order #4902222. I've also sent you an updated confirmation email for that, so feel free to look it over to make sure that everything looks right.
You had mentioned that this is the third time this has happened. Was the other order already replaced for you? If not, please let me know the order number and I will be glad to get that taken care of.

Yes they have been replaced for me. I just am unsure about the source of the problem. If it keeps persisting, I am going to most likely change my shipping address to a friend or family member and try my luck with that. Thanks a ton for your help!
