Where do class abilities like bleeding shot go in the stat block?

If I'm not mistaken, older stat blocks released by Paizo put the operative exploits wherever it seemed appropriate. Those that modified defenses went on the Defenses line, those that were clearly attacks or attack modifiers went on the Offensive Abilities line, and everything else was just kind of put in with Other Abilities.

Now, the NPC stat blocks shown in Pact Worlds show all of the operative exploits on the Other Abilities line, looking something like this:

Other Abilities operative exploits (cloaking field, master of disguise [3/day, 100 minutes or 10 minutes, DC 19]), specialization (ghost)

But what if my operative character has something like Bleeding Shot. Does it go under Special Attacks, or in the parenthesis under Other Abilities?

I could be misremembering, but the fact is that we don't have much in the way of a guide on how official-looking stat blocks are, well, supposed to look.

I imagine it's very difficult for third party content producers to match the Paizo stat blocks when they don't know where things are supposed to go. Some additional clarity on where various class abilities should be listed (and how they should be listed) would be most appreciated.

I haven't really looked at the PW stat blocks, but the stat blocks in Alien Archive and Dead Suns are more traditional - offensive action under offense, etc.

Take from that what you will.
