I placed this order on March 13th and it is still listed as pending. How do I find out if my order has even been shipped?

Thanks for your question! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that it is in the batch our warehouse is currently working on boxing up and sending out. I apologize for the confusion, it seems that we had to wait to get another copy of the book in our warehouse. It should be sent out soon, and you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as the order has been processed for shipment.
For future orders, you should be able to check the Order History section of your account. If an order is listed as 'complete,' that means it has been shipped from our warehouse. Otherwise, it will be listed as pending. (Please note that "complete" does not denote that it has been delivered by the postal service, just that we have processed and shipped it.)

Instead of a new thread, I'm just gonna piggyback and query about my order - 4753791 - that was placed on March 12th and still shows pending as well.

Thanks for letting us know! Looking at your order, it seems that you're in a similar boat to dennisc6. Your order is currently in the warehouse's batch that they're working on, so you should be receiving a confirmation that your order has shipped any time. I don't have a more precise estimate since it depends on their workload and how far they are in the batch, but you will see an email once it's been processed.
For future reference, we do actually prefer separate threads unless otherwise stated. That way, there is less chance of a response being missed in somebody else's thread. But never hesitate to ask if there is anything we can help with. :)
