What languages do [insert race here] speak?

With all of the new races pouring out of nearly every supplement released for Starfinder, I noticed a disturbing trend: the lack of race details. Things like age, height, and weight ranges--and more importantly--languages known.

Take the new SROs from Pact Worlds, for example. What on Golarion do they speak or understand? Is it programmed into them?

What about the morlamaw, or the borais? Many races have statblocks with language lines that can clue us in, but just as many have no statblocks at all, much less any mention as to what the native language might be called or where it came from.

Luckily, there's a standardized rule:

A character begins play speaking and reading Common, her racial tongue (if any), and the language of her home planet (if any).

An SRO constructed on Aballon, for example, would only speak Common (unless a language is explicitly mentioned somewhere, I would assume it does not exist, so there's no Aballonian or SRO-ian tongues).

What if an SRO was created on Akiton by a Vesk? Would it be able to speak Akiton, Common, and Vesk? Can its creator choose an entirely different set of languages?

Seems odd to me that a Vesk from Akiton would create an SRO with just Common.

An SRO created on Akiton would speak both Akitonian and Common in addition to any bonus languages, as per the rules. If I were the GM, an SRO that was created by a person or community with a strong racial heritage would get that racial language as well, but that's just my opinion.
