Thank you for letting us know! Unfortunately, we do not have tracking information available for this order, so we do not have a way to tell where it may be. I would suggest speaking with your local customs office to see if they may have any further information on the shipment.

If you cannot find it, just let me know and I will be happy to get a replacement set up to be sent out to you as soon as possible. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that I may assist you with in the meantime.
