Hello,
my subscription order for February arrived last week, but the January subscription package (4646943, shipping email 22. January) is still missing. No notice from post or customs office till today.
Is it time for a replacement or should I wait somewhat longer ?

Thank you for letting us know about this! It seems like there's a chance that the January package may have been lost or sent back to us, since I believe it should have reached you by now. I'm sorry to hear that it hasn't arrived!
I've put replacements for those items in with your March subscription order, and I'll go ahead and send you an updated confirmation email for that in just a moment. Feel free to take a look over it, and just let us know if there are any changes that you'd like made to it before it is processed for shipping.
