Numerous purchased items do not appear on the My Downloads page of my account.


Customer Service


Some of my purchased items are not displaying on the My Downloads page of my account. I can download all the items via their individual product links located on the Order History receipt but it says too the item can also be found on the My Downloads page yet I can't seem to locate it there.
Anyone have an idea what might be going on?

Thank you for letting us know about this! I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble accessing things via the My Downloads page. If you'd like to give me some example items that are not showing up correctly, I can take a look and see if there is something we can do on the CS side of things to fix it.

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

I had a similar problem regarding some Pathfinder Player Companions, but I eventually found them.

Most are grouped in a folder called Paizo Inc.: Pathfinder Player Companion (Pathfinder RPG) while a few are in another folder called Paizo Inc.: Player Companion (Pathfinder RPG). Fewer still are in a folder Paizo Inc.: Player Companion (3.5).

I did some looking around, but it sounds like this might be something that our tech team needs to take a look at, since I'm not sure what may be causing it. I'm going to move this thread over to Website Feedback so they can take a look and gather info.
