I ordered a syrinscape soundpack, but when i try to recover the serian number in the My Downloads section of the web, i can't recover it.

The link "Click here to fetch serial number" does not work or it just reloads the my downloads page and I can't see where a serial number anywhere.
I hope you can help me fast as I plan to use it this weekend.

I like to request that this order gets refunded and the item removed from my digital content. I haven't been able to get it at all and after tomorrow I wont need it for further sessions of the game.

Thanks a lot for your help, I'm sad to not be able to use the soundpack to make the end of Hell's Rebels book 4 more exciting. I hope you can figure out what prevents the download of serial number so I can use the Syrinscape sounds for running Strange Aeons with a good spooky feeling.
