Planesfinder: Planescape Modules Converted to Pathfinder into a Singular Campaign

This has been the project of mine for almost two years now.

I had been posting some of it into blog posts, but I don't update there enough, so I thought I'd share my files now that I've moved them to google docs.

This is the sheet with the adventure orders:

And here is the word document with the text:

It's a work in progress; I'm constantly adding more as my party works through it, and I will try to update it to be a bit more "other people" friendly to read as I do so.

I should shout out that I used the conversions from Guile's World blog for everything that he had converted there, including many of the creatures:

http://guilesworld.com/role-playing-games-stuff/planescape/adventures/

Some of the other creatures are a hodge podge of conversions from various sources, and 3.X monsters with minimal conversion, and some I rebuilt myself when I couldn't find any of them.

You need the PDFs or hard copies of the modules in order to run this-- I just have the game stats, and some notes on how to transition the characters from one adventure into the next in here.

I'd love to hear any thoughts.

Love it!
