I'm certain this has been asked before but couldn't find it in search;
I have a Sylph PC which I've only played at 1st level, but has GM chronicle sheets pushing her beyond this. I created her as Liberty's Edge, but considering changing her faction to Concordance.
Do I have to pay the prestige for this, or can I just switch factions as part of a level 1 rebuild?

As I understand it the level 1 rebuild lasts until you have PLAYED the character in a scenario past level 1. Hence the formless high-level 'GM-babies' experienced GMs have floating around.
However, that doesn't matter for this question, since it was announced that you can switch ANY character to the Concordance faction for free at this time. I'd link, if all the links weren't broken, but here's a quote via Google.
Dec 13, 2017 - As with other faction changes, you'll be able to switch your character over to the Concordance freely without spending Prestige Points.
Unless you really want one of the Concordance faction traits, there's no rebuild necessary.
What I wonder about is the old faction cards. I know I can't progress them once I switch, but can I still use the old boons?

Also what about the GM boxes on the new Concordance faction card (assuming there is one); this PC has a few GM chronicle sheets but they predate Concordance as a faction. I'm assuming that you cannot apply past GMing to the standard 3/5 box "GM'd and applied credit to this PC" line?

I was looking at this yesterday, since I have several characters who I want to send slightly different ways.

If you would like to change your character's faction from the Scarab Sages to any other faction, you may do so at a cost of 0 Prestige Points. You should perform this change either by August 2nd, 2018 or at the beginning of the next adventure the character plays, whichever occurs last.
